Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times
- Switzerland & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays, especially during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over CHF 50
- Standard shipping: CHF 4.90 for orders under CHF 50
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
